Black: i've got an idea for a microwave painting Red: ooo, what do you mean by microwave painting? Black: well a microwave dinner is when you get home - it's been raining all day Black: the cab splashed water all over you Black: shoes leaking Black: and dinner comes easy Black: in a box Black: with simple instructions Black: and a short schedule Red: I could go for some microwave dinner right now Black: 1. do this Black: 2. enjoy! Black: yes so a friend sent me one of those things Black: you know those emails with stuff that people send to lots of people... Black: you get those? Red: yes, I get them all the time Red: my grandmother sends me religious one Red: ones Black: yes they come in all shapes and sizes Black: they're like .... cards Black: all purpose Black: like a microwave boxed dinner Black: all ready to go Red: yes Red: do you ever eat microwave dinners? Red: sometimes I eat microwave curries Red: they're alright Red: and they ding when they're ready Black: yes! Black: microwave curries! Black: wow i thought that was just me! Red: I'm not sure how that happened Black: it's like the taste of bengal in a microwavable plastic tray Black: love the ding Red: hehe, yes Red: oh yes, the ding is great Black: like that old triangle that rang - 'come n get it' Red: hah, yes. I always wondered if people ever did that Black: alright i sent you some stuff for our microwave painting - which is this Black: i thought as we're talking microwaves here that we might feel free to pick and choose from that list of stuff Black: that way people seeing this little painting who didn't get email would have some idea of what it's all about Black: it's called i pick you Black: now i didn't write any of it - but i did pick you Red: :D Black: so i guess that's what you're supposed to do with that kind of thing is pick someone to share it with Black: so now that part's done Black: what do you see? Black: throw in some good red stuff Red: do you ever watch emeril? I have emeril toothpaste Black: no but how's it taste? Red: not as 'bam'-y as I'd expected Red: it's kind of orangey Black: orangey toothpaste Black: wow Black: that's a long way from gel mint Red: quite! Black: well now we're on the positive side of life for sure! Red: 'some mistakes are too good to make only once' Red: I would have to agree with that Black: oh yes Black: that's painting for sure Black: the whole 'painting is a bouquet of mistakes' idea Red: yes Black: and birthdays..... something about having lots of them Black: yes the more you have the longer you live Black: so yes it's easy to see why we're all for having lots of birthdays here Black: how about happiness and the doors? Red: I love birthdays Black: cakes and presents Black: i like the way the softened ice cream starts to mix with the icing after a while Red: I like the way candles smell Black: yes and the ways heads move when they try to blow them all out at once Red: hehe, yes Black: don't cry because it's over; smile because it happened
